Gummies for Kids!

As promised, here is a healthy and fun recepie for kids! 

  • 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 3 drops doTERRA Lime Essential Oil 
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup or 1 tbs xylitol
  • 5 tbsp grassfed gelatin powder 
  1. In a saucepan, heat the juice over medium heat until hot but do not boil
  2. Lower the heat to the lowest setting and stir in the rice malt syrup or xylitol until dissolved
  3. Whisk in gelatin 1 tbsp at a time adding another only after the others dissolve. Continue to stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 5 mins.
  4. Once you have no lumps, just liquid, remove from heat and carefully transfer the liquid into your gummy molds 
  5. OR you can just pour into a flat rectangle oven dish and when set and then slice into squares.
  6. Refrigerate until firm (Usually a few hours)  then enjoy!
  7. Store in the fridge, otherwise they will melt.
