An hour session covering your major health concerns, your current diet, and an overview of the different body systems. If you have had any recent blood or pathology testing done, bring these along and it can help us to speed up the treatment plan

Normally used for your second appointment, or for more complex cases and to review any recent pathology testing.

A 30-minute session that is your ‘standard’ appointment. This appointment type is for your on-going naturopathic care.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing which is based on the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Using the healing power of nature and gentle techniques, the body, mind and emotions are supported through the healing process. Naturopathic principles are based on treating the person as an individual, and treating the whole body rather than just the affected area.  Techniques used include herbal medicine, dietary and nutritional advice, and the promotion of wellbeing through lifestyle adjustments.

Conditions Treated

Kylie works to give you the tools and knowledge to take control of your own health, rather than giving you a quick fix. While she can simply relieve problematic symptoms, the cause will also be addressed.

Conditions treated may range from the common cold to chronic pain. We have many modalities to choose from and can work alongside your other healthcare professionals to provide you with the best health care possible.

The main focus of treatment is to bring you back to good health naturally by improving diet and lifestyle and by using non-toxic, yet effective natural medicines.

Functional Testing & In Clinic Testing

Your symptoms and medical history give us the best information, however specialised testing can confirm findings in order to enhance your treatment outcomes.

We have access to functional pathology that can help us get to the root cause of your complaint.

Functional tests may include, food intolerance testing, salivary hormones (male and female sex hormones), cortisol stress test, hair mineral analysis, CDSA (comprehensive digestive stool analysis), Urinary iodine, thyroid hormone profiles, and parasitology profile.

We may also perform some in clinic testing. Having these tests available help us monitor your treatment and health status. These may include, urinalysis, zinc tally test, body measurements, blood pressure monitoring, and blood glucose testing.
